Becoming an elder is a unique individual achievement. Act III of elder is a solo performance.
You began the path, joining a number of teachers and pilgrims along the way. But there is a point towards the end of the journey when you find yourself alone. The last mile of the path is when you become that unique, singular, unmatched expression of yourself. That self that has always been there but not fully uncovered. But now as an elder, you finally experience two aspects of the polarity at this instant.
